Venue: Gasworks, Bradford
Date: 25 June 2005
Bands: Guns 2 Roses, Fury (uk)

Fury UK played a blistering 45 minute set at the Gasworks in Bradford last night opening up for main act Guns 2 Roses & Still without bass player Dawson (who broke his wrist earlier this month), Big Ben Plant was on hand to fill in for the second time and did a stirling job.

Opening up with the frantic Power of God the crowd gathered towards the front of the stage. Chris Appleton was phenominal as usual on the guitar and the band on the whole were on fire! Second song played was Alarms, one of the oldest Fury UK tracks first recorded in 2003.  Dawson then joined the band on stage to sing fan favourite, Hear no Evil  by which point the crowd had massed and the atmosphere electric.

The rest of the set followed with the flow of the previous songs and ended on a high note with Death by Lightning nicely streched with an extended guitar solo leaving the crowd wanting more. By far one of the best crowd reactions the band has ever recieved.

The Gasworks is a new venue recently opened and is quickly establishing itself as THE place to play in Bradford and Fury UK lived up to its reputation in every way.

They will be returning as Headline band in the Autumn!
